Written by a person
Articles are written and edited by Eduard Lopez Morales. We may use tools to research or tidy drafts, but the tasting, testing, opinions, and judgment are human, and accountable to a real name.
Honest by default
We don’t do fake enthusiasm about a bean, a brewer, or a café. If something is overrated, overpriced, uncomfortable, or just not worth it, we say so. We’d rather lose a sale than mislead a reader.
